We use the latest technology from CrossMatch to digitally scan and transmit fingerprints electronically. Live Scan digital submissions provide the quickest way to submit and process background checks.

Live Scan technology allows digitally scanned fingerprints and related information to be submitted electronically to the DOJ and FBI within a matter of minutes and allows criminal background checks to be processed usually within 72 hours.

We are a mobile service with minimum fingerprint-rolling fee is $50 per live scan . There may also be a criminal history processing fee collected for the DOJ and the FBI for the background checks. While often paid by the agency requesting criminal history reviews, some applicants may have to pay this fee, so applicants are encouraged to check with their requesting agency.

Apostille

An “apostille” is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. A list of countries that accept apostilles is provided by the US State Department.

Hall’s Mobile Services will come to your home or office to pick up, notarize, and review your documents. Hall’s Mobile Services will then take your documents to the California Secretary of State’s office in Salem and then deliver the completed apostilled documents back to you via overnight mail.

Hall's Mobile Services takes this important, complicated, and time-consuming process off your hands. Our apostille service saves you time and money by processing your paperwork promptly and efficiently. You pay when the documents are apostilled and back in your hands.

Apostilles can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to notary publics who do not fully understand the Oregon apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected, costing you additional time and money. Don’t let this happen to you.
